During the twelve days of Christmas, we will be setting a series of challenges each with a festive twist. Just like the Christmas song, each day for 12 days we will present you with a new fitness challenge, over the 12 days you will accumulate more challenges to complete. So by the end of the 12 days you will have worked up to a good fitness session incorporating all 12 challenges. What a great way to gently ease you back into the new year!
